We had a great time checking out the “Best in photography and film” exhibit at the Frist Center here in Nashville. We were accompanied by our fellow Photog friends Jonathon and Sharon Campbell of Jonathon Campbell Photography. Michelle and I really had a great time seeing all the prints and old camera’s. I recognized a lot of the work from my various studies of photography and art history while in school. It was truly a pleasure to see the Daguerreotypes and Calotypes.
Jonathon and Sharon are such a wonderful couple, and it was a true pleasure to totally geek out together and talk about our shared passion… Photography!
If you want to see the exhibit, you must act fast! The exhibit ends on January 25th, 2009. So hurry on over. I wish I could have posted images but there was no photography allowed, to protect the valuable prints. So that means you’ll just have to stop by.
